This research examines the relationship between supply chain management and business sustainability in trading companies in the Belén district during the 2024 period. Through a quantitative approach and a correlational design, key variables such as inventory management efficiency, logistics costs, regulatory compliance, and investment in sustainable technologies were evaluated. The results reveal a significant relationship between these variables and the level of business sustainability, highlighting that efficient logistics strategies not only optimize resources and reduce costs but also enhance environmental and social performance.
