The purpose of this research is to study the relationship between the application of the G050 standard (independent variable) and the safety climate of construction works in the Surquillo district (dependent variable). The methodology used corresponds to the type of applied research, evaluative level, with a non-experimental design (ex post-facto). Determina la relación entre las variables norma G050, seguridad durante la construcción, y la variable clima de seguridad de las edificaciones de viviendas multifamiliares del distrito de Surquillo, toda vez que, diversos estudios se ocupan de analizar la seguridad basada en el comportamiento, pero no se cuenta con estudios que analicen la relación entre las normas legales de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, los factores que influyen en su diseño, y como las mismas influyen en el clima de seguridad de las organizaciones y en el subsecuente cumplimiento de las mismas.
