El objetivo de la siguiente investigación es determinar la relación entre las buenas prácticas de dispensación y la satisfacción de los usuarios que acuden a la Farmacia Corazón de Jesús 2022. El método es de tipo descriptivo, correlacional simple, de diseño no experimental y transversal. La muestra la constituyeron 79 usuarios. Los resultados nos muestran que la farmacia si cumple con las buenas prácticas de dispensación (93,7%), también indican los pacientes en un 74.7% que se sintieron muy satisfechos con la atención. En conclusión, se pudo determinar la relación entre el cumplimiento de las BPD con la satisfacción del paciente.

Objective: To determine the symptoms of stress and psychotropic use as a consequence of COVID 19 due to the confinement of university students in a private university. Huancayo - 2022. Material and Methods: The research is descriptive, with a non-experimental and transversal design. Population: students enrolled in the 2022 - II cycle of the Professional School of Pharmacy and Biochemistry. Sample: 230 students. Results: The sociodemographic relationship with the stress symptoms found is predominantly female, the predominant age is over 24 years. The frequency of consumption of antidepressants is once a month consumed in 6.5%. In terms of prescription by a physician, antidepressants were found with 3.9% and benzodiazepines with 4.5%.
