To evaluate the quality of life in patients with Diabetes 2 through the questionnaire Diabetes - 39. Material and Methods: A descriptive study, whose design was observational, analytical, prospective and cross-sectional was done. The study population were patients diagnosed with Diabetes Mellitus type 2 in the Internal Medicine service of Hospital Belen of Trujillo. Objetivo: determinar la frecuencia de lesión renal aguda (LRA) y la mortalidad en pacientes cirróticos hospitalizados con insuficiencia hepática crónica agudizada (ACLF) en el Hospital Belén de Trujillo, entre 2018 y 2022 Métodos: se realizó un estudio observacional, descriptivo y retrospectivo, tipo serie de casos. Se incluyeron 47 pacientes hospitalizados con diagnóstico de ACLF. Se recopilaron variables demográficas, clínicas y laboratoriales. La presencia y el estadio de LRA se definieron según los criterios de Kidney Disease: Improving Global Outcomes (KDIGO).
