Homo Ludens, trabajo escrito por Johan Huizinga, es una alternativa para la conceptualización y el uso del término lúdico en educación matemática, con una contribución significativa a la práctica pedagógica, involucrando la literatura infantil matemática, o literatura infantil, con contenido matemático, sustituyendo el recurrente uso de los términos «juego» y «lúdico», oriundos del campo de la psicología de la educación.
