ABSTRACT Qualitative research whose objective was to describe and analyze the ways of care that the nurse performs for the patient with hemodialysis treatment. The theoretical bases that guided the study were: Human care by Boff, Nursing care by Waldow, Nursing comfort by Neves & Pereira; authors whose philosophical thinking allows to approach the study from the objective / subjective dimensions of nursing care. El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar el nivel de las coordinaciones viso-manual que presentan los niños y niñas de 4 y 5 años de edad del PRONOEI Municipal “Clavelitos del Amanecer” del caserío Las Juntas – Chirinos, 2016, porque es fundamenta establecer un diagnóstico que permita establecer ciertas regularidades respecto a la coordinación viso manual, asimismo sirva de línea de base para diseñar planes de mejora educativa en el futuro.
