Se realizó una investigación de tipo sustantiva, nivel explicativo, método descriptivo de encuestas y diseño descriptivo correlacional, con el objetivo de establecer la relación que existe entre el Conflicto vocacional y el nivel de logro de aprendizaje de los cadetes de la Escuela de Oficiales de la Policía Nacional del Perú – La Campiña – Lima. La muestra la conforman 333 cadetes.
