La investigación tuvo como objetivo general, determinar la calidad de las sentencias de primera y segunda instancia sobre, homicidio simple según los parámetros normativos, doctrinarios y jurisprudenciales pertinentes, en el expediente N° 00404- 2013-81-2004-JR-PE-01 del Distrito Judicial de Piura, 2020. Es de tipo, cuantitativo cualitativo, nivel exploratorio descriptivo, y diseño no experimental, retrospectivo y transversal. La recolección de datos se realizó, de un expediente seleccionado mediante muestreo por conveniencia, utilizando las técnicas de la observación, y el análisis de contenido, y una lista de cotejo, validado mediante juicio de expertos. The present investigation quantitative, descriptive cross-sectional. It was made with the purpose of determining the satisfaction of nursing care for the elderly patient of the medicine A and B services of the Hospital Belén de Trujillo,2019. The sample consisted of 50 elderly hospitalized patients, using the CARE Q questionnaire as a instrument. Conclusions 54% of elderly patients have a high satisfaction level of nursing care, 44% average, and 2% low.
