The research carried out, Analysis and proposal of control of the level of thermal stress in the work points of a company dedicated to the construction of multifamily housing buildings, Arequipa, 2018, is focused on analyzing the level of thermal stress and the points of work and develop control proposals; of applied type and of descriptive level, applied in a sample of five sectors of work, that represent 91% of the population, with 74 workers. The values were obtained from the records, tokens, and the questionnaire with the reliability of Cron Bach's alpha of 0.712 and the thermal stress meter.
