From the Organic Law 2/2006, of May 3 (LOE), the concept, "basic competence", is introduced in our educational system. A partir  de la Ley Orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo  (LOE)  se  introduce el  concepto,  “competencia básica”, en nuestro sistema educativo. Esto exige a los centros escolares en todos los niveles educativos, también Educación Infantil, etapa educativa y no asistencial, a un reajuste de la organización de los contextos de enseñanza – aprendizaje, de las metodologías y estrategias didácticas.
