The objective of the present investigation is to analyze the effect of the process management model on the organizational culture of the personnel management of the Provincial Municipality of Trujillo during the period 2014 - 2017. El propósito del trabajo de investigación fue determinar la relación que existe entre los factores socio-económicos y el rendimiento académico de matemática en estudiantes de cuarto de secundaria en una I.E. de Trujillo, 2022. El tipo de investigación es básico, con enfoque cuantitativo, teniendo un diseño no experimental, correlacional y transversal. Siendo la población y muestra de 42 estudiantes, empleándose cuestionario adaptado y respectivamente validado y el acta de registro de notas del año 2022. Los resultados reportan que existe una relación entre estas variables al obtenerse valores de Chi-cuadrado de Pearson mayores que el valor teórico que fue de 9.488. Se concluye que estos resultados dan a conocer que el rendimiento académico en matemáticas tiene relación con los factores socioeconómicos existentes en las familias.
