Emotional intelligence is a capacity that is negatively related to bullying in all its dimensions. Likewise, due to technological development in recent years, new forms of interaction have arisen in which adolescents have greater participation when making use of new technologies. With this, cyberbullying emerges as a problem that has a negative and greater impact than traditional bullying. The objective of this review is to identify the relationship between emotional intelligence and cyberbullying in the reviewed scientific articles that addressed the relationship between both variables in the adolescent population. A systematic search was carried out following the indications of the PRISMA guide (Urrútia and Bonfill, 2013). The databases consulted were ProQuest, Scopus and EBSCO. El presente documento describe el desarrollo del proyecto Learning is Play que busca la mejora del sistema de aprendizaje de matemática en niños de seis años de Perú mediante la base del juego, utilizando un sensor de captura de movimiento, dirigidos a las escuelas donde los profesores pueden monitorizar el desempeño mediante reportes. Para lograrlo se necesita el aporte y trabajo de tres áreas de conocimiento: psicología, pedagogía y tecnología. La primera, contribuye en definir la base para la elaboración de los juegos; la segunda, en establecer los reportes y en colaboración con la anterior define las pruebas para la puesta en marcha del proyecto; la última, para definir y desarrollar un sistema robusto que soporte todo lo establecido por las otras dos áreas.
