La presente investigación de tesis tuvo como objetivo principal mejorar la elaboración del reporte de asistencia mensual del personal que labora en las Instituciones Educativas de la UGEL Abancay, asimismo, reducir el tiempo que emplea y los costos que se generan para emitir el consolidado final de los reportes de asistencia mensual al área de remuneraciones. La problemática que existía en la Oficina de Personal era que los procesos no se encontraban automatizados, por ello no se tenía un control exacto de aquellas Instituciones Educativas que enviaban su reporte de asistencia mensual, es más en muchos casos la información que contenía el reporte no era completa, por ejemplo, cuando el director reportaba una tardanza, el reporte no tenía especificado los minutos de dicha tardanza, tras esta situación cada reporte debía ser extensamente verificado.
