The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between trust in veterinary practitioners of the surgical service provided at the Small Animal Clinic of the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (CAMe-FMV-UNMSM) and the satisfaction of the clinic's patient owners. The study was carried out between June and December 2021 by applying a questionnaire to 109 clients. Four dimensions were considered for the trust variable and three dimensions for the satisfaction variable. The Kendall test was used (p<0.05). It was found that users considered the professionals trustworthy in 92.7% and that they were satisfied with the service in 92.7%. Determina el efecto analgésico del fentanilo en tres dosis diferentes y evaluar sus constantes farmacocinéticas en alpacas. La investigación es experimental, en el CI-IVITA Marangani, Cuzco-Perú. Se desarrollaron tres fases experimentales. La primera fase evaluó la elevación de la frecuencia cardiaca en respuesta a diferentes estímulos dolorosos. En la segunda se evaluó los efectos de la utilización de tres dosis diferentes endovenosas de fentanilo 0.0025, 0.005 y 0.0075 ug/kg. En la tercera se evaluó el uso de tres dosis de infusión a ritmo constante de fentanilo por 30 minutos, 0.003, 0.006 y 0.009 ug/kg/hr.
