La presente investigación en negocios estudia la potencialidad de la Amazonía con sus mitos y leyendas que lleva consigo historias contadas por nuestros antepasados, para brindar a los turistas. El objetivo es determinar la factibilidad comercial, técnica organizacional económica y financiera de la idea del negocio siguiente: en expandir los mitos y leyendas que la Amazonía Peruana posee, logrando consigo que el turista realice una visita al Museo mitos y leyendas Amazónicos, desarrollando un city tour en la Ciudad de Iquitos en donde estará ubicado el atractivo cultural mencionado. Existe un importante tamaño de demanda de turistas a quienes les interesa conocer la cultura de los lugares turísticos que visitan, el Museo Mitos y Leyendas Amazónicos, el cual nos brindará las historias místicas que guarda la Amazonía peruana entre sus generaciones.

One of the most efficient ways to combat poverty is by creating jobs in the formal sector. This research aims to determine the relationship between poverty and employment in the department of Loreto, in the period 2015 - 2019. Oriented by this purpose, the present study of a Quantitative type, Correlational level and Non-Experimental design was carried out. The research concludes that poverty has not relationship or determination with employment, a conclusion supported by the statistical test that resulted in the Correlation Coefficient r = -0.402558360; and in the Correlation Coefficient R2 = 0.162053233; which demonstrates the lack of statistical association or significance between poverty and employment.
