La investigación tuvo como objetivo general analizar de qué manera se han implementado las políticas públicas en el marco del principio de inclusión social a favor de personas que adolecen una discapacidad en la Región San Martín, este aporta al ODS (06) de paz justicia e instituciones sólidas. La metodología fue de tipo básico, diseño fenomenológico, de enfoque cualitativo, método inductivo; los participantes fueron abogados especializados en la docencia universitaria y derechos humanos, con instrumento guía de entrevistas.
