In our legal system, Copyright Law confers protection to authentic photographies and due to this feature, they are considered photographic works. Nevertheless, authorities have not given enough information of what a photography requires to be considered authentic. On account of this, the shortcomings of our related rules are evaluated to determine which foreign legislation gives a better referent, and to analyze the different views given to the authenticity concept by doctrine and case law. All of this with the purpose of determining specific criteria to qualify a photography as authentic and protected by Copyright Law, and proposing changes in our current legislationon the matter.

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como propósito identificar y desarrollar los conceptos más comunes que las universidades privadas peruanas cobran como parte de la prestación de servicios educativos, a fin de descubrir si la forma y el cobro en sí mismo de tales conceptos son legales, en el marco de la normativa de protección al consumidor. Para ello, se desarrolla el concepto de servicio educativo en la regulación constitucional y sectorial, así como sus principales características y tipos, para aterrizar en los alcances del servicio educativo universitario, desarrollando además su regulación a nivel de protección al consumidor. Finalmente, se identifican cuáles son los conceptos que se cobran adicionalmente a aquellos directamente vinculados a la prestación de un servicio educativo universitario privado: intereses moratorios, penalidades y gastos administrativos...
