La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal proponer un modelo de gestión administrativa para mejorar la calidad de servicio de la Municipalidad Distrital de Mórrope. Así mismo, la tesis fue de tipo descriptiva, cuantitativa y propositiva, debido a que está basada en una alternativa de solución existente en la entidad pública; se ha tenido en cuenta como diseño de investigación no experimental, puesto que el estudio de ambas variables se ha realizado sin manipulación alguna.
