Objetivo: Este estudio buscó evaluar las unidades de polimerización LED polywave (PW) y monowave (MW) sobre la fuerza de unión a la microtracción (µTBS) de las resinas bulk-fill, utilizando tiempos de curado diferentes. Material y método: Se realizó un estudio experimental in vitro, transversal, propectivo, para lo cual se utilizaron terceros molares y se restauraron con las resinas Filtek One Bulk Fill Restorative A2, Tetric® N-Ceram Bulk Fill IVA y Opus Bulk Fill APS A2, cada una fue colocada con su respectivo sistema adhesivo y fueron fotopolimerizados con Elipar Deep cure L (3M ESPE, Saint Paul, EE. UU.) y Valo (Ultradent Products, South Jordan, EE. UU.) en sus tres modos, standard mode, high power mode y extra power mode. “The use of chlorhexidine-based mouthwashes on resin composites with rough surfaces can cause discoloration which compromises the esthetic of patients. The present study aimed to evaluate the in vitro color stability of Forma (Ultradent Products, Inc., South Jordan), Tetric N-Ceram (Ivoclar Vivadent, Schaan, Liechtenstein) and Filtek Z350XT (3M, ESPE, St. Paul, MN, USA) resin composites, with and without polishing, after being immersed in a 0.12% chlorhexidine (CHX)-based mouthwash at different times.
