Determina la relación entre la de la variable gestión deportiva y el desempeño docente en profesores de educación física de la UGEL 07 de la ciudad de Lima Metropolitana en el año 2019”, se indagado en el marco teórico acerca de la gestión deportiva, el desempeño docente y la relación teórica entre ambas. Por lo cual, luego de plantear las hipótesis se ha elaborado una investigación correlacional, además se ha construido dos instrumentos que fueron evaluados a 50 docentes quienes respondieron las encuestas y a los directivos que respondieron sobre el desempeño docente de sus respectivos docentes. El análisis estadístico arroja que existe una relación directa, lineal y significativa entre las variables y sus dimensiones respectiva, además de describir el desarrollo de cada una de las variables.

This research was made to define the relationship between the variables sports management and teaching performance in Physical Education teachers at UGEL 07 in Lima Metropolitana, 2019. It was developed within the quantitative approach, based on the correlational-descriptive design and cross section. The sample included 50 Physical Education teachers from the mentioned entity. The surveys and the data collection sheet allowed verifying that there is a relationship between the variables. It was concluded that there is a direct, linear and significant relationship between sports management and teaching performance. Furthermore, there is the same level of relationship between the organizational dimensions and collegial coordination.
