En este trabajo se busca establecer lineamientos para el desarrollo de la vivienda económica su habilitación urbana y su respectivo equipamiento en zonas periféricas. Con un enfoque innovador y creativo, implementando mejoras a los modelos existentes y haciendo partícipes a los propios usuarios del desarrollo de las viviendas (conociendo los procedimientos de autoayuda y autoconstrucción) se buscará establecer óptimas relaciones espaciales y aportes urbano-arquitectónicos.
