Este trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo comparar el Clima Organizacional entre dos grupos de trabajadores de una empresa de Hidrocarburos de Gas Licuado de Petróleo de Lima Metropolitana. El diseño que se utilizó fue no experimental de tipo comparativo. Se utilizó una muestra de 166 trabajadores de género masculino y femenino, entre los 18 a 62 años de edad. El instrumento de evaluación fue la Escala de Clima Laboral CL-SPC de la autora Sonia Palma Carrillo. Los análisis estadísticos indican que existen diferencias significativas entre los trabajadores de género masculino y femenino tanto en el Clima Organizacional, como en las dimensiones de Autorrealización, Involucramiento Laboral, Supervisión, Comunicación y Condiciones Laborales. Nematophagous fungi can feed on nematodes under nutrient-poor conditions. They live in the soil and their study is important because of their possible use in the biocontrol of phytoparasitic nematodes. These fungi can be cultivated in the laboratory using different media and substrates, making them potential agents for agricultural use in tropical environments. The objective was to review recent scientific advances in the ecological interactions of nematophagous fungi and their prey, with emphasis on their use as biological controllers.
