The present investigation was carried out for the purpose of analyzing the influence of physical distancing on the lifestyles of students of the V cycle of the Professional School of Architecture of the National University of Trujillo, 2022, with a sample composed of 49 active students. In the investigation process, methods such as the Inductive-Deductive, Analytical- Synthetic and the Statistical Method have been used, as well as techniques such as the interview and the survey that were presented through the interview record and the survey questionnaire, in such a way that so that they were necessary in order to obtain information about the different aspects in relation to the object population.
