La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal determinar la relación entre el sistema de compensación salarial y el clima organizacional en colaboradores de una empresa del sector agroindustrial en La Libertad, empresa dedicada a la producción y comercialización de Berries. La investigación tuvo un diseño no experimental, transversal y correlacional. Se contó con una población de 160 colaboradores, con un mínimo 6 meses de antigüedad.
