El presente estudio abordó sobre la gestión turística y el turismo alternativo en dos comunidades campesinas. De este modo, tuvo como objetivo principal analizar la percepción de la gestión turística desde los actores empresariales e institucionales respecto al turismo alternativo de las comunidades Mullakas-Misminay y Kacllaraccay, distrito de Maras, periodo 2018-2022. Para lo cual, fue pertinente una metodología de enfoque cualitativo, de diseño fenomenológico, hermenéutico, tipo interpretativo, aplicando un método inductivo. El objetivo de la presente investigación es, establecer ¿En qué medida el marco de la pandemia del COVID-19 influye en la gestión de restaurantes turísticos del distrito de Urubamba 2020, así mismo cómo influye dicha crisis sanitaria en la rentabilidad, empleabilidad y cuáles han sido las nuevas estrategias que se han tomado para que dichos negocios sigan operando durante la reactivación económica? Para este propósito la investigación se fundamentó en una metodología de tipo descriptivo-correlativo de enfoque cuantitativo, así como también se aplicó un diseño de carácter No experimental. The present work shows the social and environmental problems of Soraypampa, a sector that is the head of the Salkantay snowy basin, where hundreds of tourists arrive daily to visit the tourist attractions of the Humantay Lagoon and the Salkantay snowy four hours from Cusco. The accelerated growth of tourism demand and the lack of political strategies to deal with tourism have generated a series of social conflicts and possible environmental repercussions that were addressed in the research. In order to analyze the problems, qualitative research instruments were used, such as interviews with experts, and in this case non-probabilistic sampling was used.
