La presente investigación denominado “Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad y su Relación con la Productividad de la Empresa Constructora de Pavimento Rígido, Huaraz – 2016”, siendo el objetivo general determinar la relación significativa que existe entre el sistema de gestión de la calidad y la productividad de la empresa constructora. The general objective of the studywas to evaluate the effects of topographic amplification of the soil due to the seismic response on the slopes of the Shancayán and Nueva Esperanza urbanizations of the city of Huaraz. The present investigation is of the quantitative and applied type, where the evaluation of the seismic response of the land in hillside areas that have unfavorable conditions for the foundation of the buildings has been carried out. Los yacimientos de carbón antracita ubicados en el departamento de Ancash, en su gran mayoría son explotados por métodos artesanales como el almacenamiento provisional y cámaras y pilares, con niveles de productividad muy baja y recuperación es que en el mejor de los casos llega a 55%.
