La presente tesis tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre las estrategias de aprendizaje y satisfacción familiar con el índice académico en los estudiantes preuniversitarios. El Método de la investigación fue no experimental y de tipo descriptivo-correlacional. La población estuvo conformada por 664 estudiantes matriculados durante el ciclo académico 2017-C y 2018-A de CEPREVI. Cuya muestra según la formula fueron de 435 estudiante de ambos sexos; su edad oscila entre 16 y 26 años. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron la escala de Estrategias de Aprendizaje y la Escala de Satisfacción Familiar adaptada para dicho estudio. Background: To analyze the internal structure of the Family Adaptability and Cohesion Evaluation Scales-FACES III by evaluating three tentative models. Method: Non-probability sampling of 306 Peruvian students of both sexes between 15 and 26 years of age. The structural properties and internal consistency of the Original, Bifactorial and One-dimensional models were studied in detail. Results: The bifactorial model has a better fit than the remaining models, but was discarded as it does not satisfy the criteria of the suggested evaluation indices.
