Introduction. On 2020-03-11 World Health Organization classified COVID-19 as a pandemic. In Colombia, department of Casanare declared sanitary emergency on 2020-03-16 and the President of the Republic declared economical, social and ecological emergency on 2020-03-17; five days later the first case at department was confirmed. Objective. To determine the incidence of phlebitis in the Regional Hospital of Orinoquia during the period 2015-2021. Methods. Cross-sectional descriptive study with records reported to the Adverse Events Information System (SIAVE), after filtering according to eligibility criteria. Subgroup analysis with Epi-Info™ 7.2.4.0 using descriptive statistics, frequency measures, trend/dispersion. Results. Records object of analysis were 840/920(91.3%). The most affected, by affiliation regime: 557(66.3%) subsidized, 199(23.7%) contributory; 467(55.60%) men. Per year, more in 2019(172;20.5%), 2020(140;16.7%), 2021(176;20.9%). Introduction: Eradication of viral hepatitis -among them, hepatitis A- is a key part of the strategy towards implementation of environmental sanitation and immunization. Objective. here was to describe hepatitis A epidemiological trends at the department of Casanare during 2013-2019 timespan. Methods: Cross-sectional descriptive study from the compulsory notification of event to Sivigila. Variable analysis with descriptive statistics included in the event's file by person-place-time with Epi-Info® / Microsoft Excel®. Incidence and hospitalization rates were computed by 100.000 inhabitants.
