El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación fue titulada “Riesgo de contratar con proveedores no calificados en la municipalidad provincial de San Martín - Tarapoto, por la presentación de documentación falsa, periodo 2017 – 2018”, tuvo como objetivo principal Determinar el riesgo más común que se presenta, ante un determinado tipo de documentación falsa en la Municipalidad provincial de San Martin, Tarapoto, 2017-2018. La metodología de este estudio tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo, con un diseño no experimental y un nivel correlacional de corte longitudinal. La muestra estuvo conformada por los trabajadores de la Municipalidad de San Martín, siendo un total de 24 trabajadores en total, la técnica de recolección de datos fue la encuesta.
