We have performed an inquiry in 692 drug stores ofLima in order to know the disposal of the differents analgesics utilized in pain treatment. We found that the 12% are drugs for the visceral pain treatment and 88% are drugs for soma tic pain treatment.Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs constitute the 68 % of total analgesics disposal while opiods are only the 5% of the total, and morphine only the 0,1% of all pharmacologycal analgesic groups.

The aim of this study was to characterize the PepT1 of pirarucu Arapaima gigas through genomic and proteomic tools. A transcriptomic and proteomic analysis was made from sections of the intestine, spleen, liver and kidney of fingerlings. The transcriptomic analysis allowed obtaining two consensus sequences of 357 and 459 bp. Both fragments showed a high degree of homology (78 and 80%), mainly with nucleotide sequences coding for the PepT1 of Scleropages formosus of the same Order as A. gigas. The proteomic analysis by double mass spectrometry MALDI TOF/TOF allowed to identify 15 peptide sequences of PepT1 in pirarucu. In conclusion, PepT1 was partially characterized in the intestine of pirarucu, which could be used for further studies on the evaluation of its expression. © 2019 Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. The improvement of the mechanical properties of geopolymer matrices relies on the characteristics of the source materials as well as in proper optimization of the alkaline activating solution and curing conditions during geopolimerization. This study presents the optimization analyses carried out to determine the proper production conditions of Fired Clay Brick (FCB) and Natural Pozzolana (NP)-based geopolymers. The results indicate that high compressive strengths of up to 37 MPa and 26 MPa can be obtained for FCB and NP-based geopolymers, respectively when the proper production conditions are employed. The optimum alkaline solution for FCB consisted of Ms = 0.60, Na2O content of 8%, water/binder ratio = 0.27 with oven curing conditions between 65 and 80 °C for 7 days.
