The present research thesis entitled: "Governmental communication strategies and the degree of satisfaction in the risk management policy in the face of Covid - 19, Trujillo 2020", states as general objective: To determine the relationship between governmental communication strategies and the degree of satisfaction in the National Risk Management Policy in the face of Covid - 19, in the Province of Trujillo 2020. For the achievement of the objective, two questionnaires were administered to 385 citizens of the province of Trujillo, questionnaires approved by specialists in the field of governmental political communication.
