This research study is correlational descriptive cross-sectional (Polit and Hungler , 2000) , which was conducted with a sample of 30 nurses working in Pacasmayo Health Network during the months of December 2013 to January 2014 in order to determine the relationship between leadership and job satisfaction, leadership Styles Scale was used and job Satisfaction Scale obtaining the following conclusions: That one hundred percent (100 %) of the respondents have professional leadership capacity . 63.3 percent of nurses were found in " High Level Job Satisfaction", 36.7 percent were located in a " Middle Of Job Satisfaction Level" , which indicates that not all professionals surveyed are fully satisfied. The Leadership capacity has significant relationship with the level of job satisfaction of nursing professionals , being tested by Chi -square test .
