The purpose of this research qualitative descriptive phenomenological perspective to analyze comprehensively the experiences of women with breast cancer in order to reveal their experiences, describing their coping styles, behavioral and emotional responses, determining as well as this disease affects lifestyle of patients. The guiding question posed was, "Tell me how you live your day to day since I learned of your illness?". The research subjects were 14 women with medical treatment of breast cancer diagnosed from 3 to 8 months living in the jurisdiction of the District of Guadalupe, who, with informed consent and the respective conditions of anonymity and confidentiality agreed to participate in this research, which was held from May 25 to 08 July 2011.
