El objetivo es relacionar la anemia con las complicaciones maternas perinatales en las gestantes atendidas en el Hospital II-1 Moyobamba, enero a junio 2018. Método: Estudio descriptivo, cuantitativo, retrospectivo correlacional. Resultados: Las gestantes tuvieron anemia 88% leve y 12% moderada. Las complicaciones maternas en gestante con anemia fueron, 34,8% infección del tracto urinario, 13% ruptura prematura de membranas, 1,1% presentaron amenaza de parto pretérmino, hemorragia postparto y desgarro cérvico-perineal, 21,7% otros tipos de complicaciones. Las complicaciones perinatales en gestantes con anemia fueron, 7.6% mortalidad perinatal, 3.3% depresión severa y retardo crecimiento intrauterino respectivamente, 84.8% otro tipo de complicaciones.
