Introduction: The consumption of psychoactive substances generates a level of dependency and acquired tolerance, aggravating their health with pathologies at the pulmonary, hepatic, and carcinogenic levels; however, there are episodes of aggression, intoxication due to overdose or suicide where the person has difficulty coping with real, work or marital conflicts, with reclusion being frequent. Objective: To determine the prevalence in the consumption of psychoactive drugs, in experienced users in the Legal Medical Unit Region II-Loreto, 2020.
