Objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre el liderazgo pedagógico del equipo directivo y el desempeño docente del nivel secundario de la I.E. Nº 20334, Huaura. El tipo de investigación fue básica, nivel correlacional, diseño no experimental y enfoque cuantitativo, cuya población es de 19 docentes del nivel secundario de la Institución educativa a quienes se les aplicó el cuestionario de Liderazgo pedagógico con 32 ítems de respuestas tipo Likert de siempre = 3, A veces = 2 y Nunca =1 y la ficha de acompañamiento de desempeño docente con 21 ítems, con respuestas dicotómicas de Si = 2 y No = 1 , ambos validados y confiables para su utilización a través del juicio de expertos y alfa de Cronbach arrojando 0.972. The purpose of this study was to establish the relationship between directive leadership style and organizational climate in a school in the district of Ventanilla, Callao Region, the design of this investigation was correlational. The participants were 50 teachers,30 parents and 20 students. The instruments constructed and employed are the scale of directive leadership (Ruiz, 2009) which measured 3 dimensions and the organizational climate (Berrocal, 2007) which also measured 3 dimensions.
