Organizations, economically sustainable, must serve people, inside and outside of them, to contribute from the mission mark, to his happiness. Assuming that the higher the impregnation of organizational culture, the greater degree of happiness among people of an organization are the results of an investigation that allowed linking people’s happiness, a psychosocial approach, with the implementation of organizational culture (meaning belonging and commitment). The case study was conducted in 2011/2012 on a European leader in the distribution sector.

Traditional media (press, radio and television) in South America have better expectations regarding the process of digital transition faced by communication companies and industries on a global level. This hypothesis is contrasted by comparing two elements. First, the evolution trends of the media sector in Latin America collected by sectorial databases of the World Association of Newspapers and New Publishers, the Eurodata´s general audience report, the Pew State of the News Media and the Global Entertainment & Media Outlook 2016-2020. Second, the results of an own survey to 166 managers from 19 Latin American countries. Media managers from the area confirm that traditional media will grow up to 5% and digital media and advertising could reach 10% and more in the coming years..

This article analyzes the negative evolution of the revenues of the European public media and the audience of its television channels between 2010 and 2018. The financial and share data –mainly obtained from the EAO– have been contrasted, at a quantitative level, with homogenizing economic indicators such as PPP; and have been grouped around the models proposed by Hallin and Mancini (2004, 2008, 2013). At a qualitative level, with the interviews of two academics –Tiziano Bonini (University of Siena) and Marko Ala-Fossi (University of Tampere)– and Mika Ojamies, director of international relations at YLE. However, despite the confirmation of this negative trend, there is no correlation between the decline in income and that of the audience. In any case, the Academy evidences the need to develop new financing systems that guarantee the budgetary stability of public media.

The cultural and educational programs aimed at the television of Ecuador are analyzed in relation to the use of social media, in a context of new legislation. The purpose is to establish the integration in social media from Facebook and Twitter in the programs Educa TV, Aprendamos y Expresarte.. The instruments used are the rate of participation in Facebook and Twitter Following - Followers ratio, in addition to interviews with involved. It is concluded that the cultural content tend to increase, the hearings do not build collectively; and, producers should not fail to create content, community, conversation.
