Las consideraciones traumáticas establecidas en los centros cerebral y espinal, en donde se encuentra la gran masa de sustancia nerviosa que tiene un predominio en las manifestaciones nerviosas biológicas y otorga las lesiones a esos centros, y la gran importancia de las manifestaciones patológicas en ellas, son los puntos a tratar en la presente investigación.

Se determinan las observaciones de cuatro casos sobre los embarazos extra-uterino, en donde se destaca la gran frecuencia de estos en el país a comparación de otros de la región, y debe considerarse como el elemento etiológico de mayor importancia en la producción de los derrames sanguíneos peri-uterinos. El diagnóstico de estos casos, se basó en la aparición de una hemorragia aguda a consecuencia de las contusiones recibidas, o tanto de signos de un embarazo normal o de un aborto. En cuanto al tratamiento brindado, suele realizarse una laparotomía para cohibir la hemorragia en casos graves, y una punción vaginal del hematocele, en caso de que no se requiera una intervención inmediata.
