This research was carried out to determine what relationship exists between operational planning and administrative management of the Executive Directorate of Information and Communications Technology of the PNP Iquitos 2023. Therefore, surveys and questionnaires were used to collect information from the selected sample which is a total of 50 police officers. Where the methodology used is non-experimental, with a quantitative correlational and applied approach. Which results were obtained that indicated the existence of a positive connection between the study variables, identified by the correlation coefficient equal to 0.031, while the level of significance is 0.830, being greater than 0.05, the alternative hypothesis is accepted, concluding in which the relationship is very low and insignificant positive between the variables studied.

La innovación tecnológica ofrece un gran potencial como medio de progreso en la industria de la construcción. Este desarrollo es necesario para poder enfrentar la creciente complejidad de los proyectos de construcción actuales, el ambiente cada vez más competitivo del mercado de la construcción y la demanda de técnicas de construcción más eficientes, en términos de costo y tiempo. Este artículo revisa los principales conceptos - básicos de la innovación tecnológica, las oportunidades que ésta ofrece a la construcción y las principales tendencias de innovación tecnológica existentes en la construcción. El estado actual del sector de la construcción peruano podría ser mejor aprovechado si se mostrara mayor interés en implementar un sistema de gestión en innovación, para cuidar los conocimientos adquiridos en campo, aplicarlos, normarlos, generar patentes, entre otro...
