In this article the author shows the scenario of corporate social responsibility in the European framework and how it relates to the labor field. Each chapter will be supported in the analysis of the Spanish national regulations, the doctrine and the national and foreign specialized jurisprudence on the matter. So, in general, the author shows the synthesized evolution and the characteristics of it in the middle of a Spanish economic and social reality, with special emphasis on the labor relations.
