The main objective of the research was to describe the level of teaching performance achieved in the 360° evaluation in two public educational institutions of initial level in the district of San Juan Bautista in the year 2021. The research is of the descriptive type with a design of field, univariate, and transversal. The population consisted of 28 initial level teachers, who were also the study sample. To obtain the data, a questionnaire was applied, previously validated by experts in the field, and the survey was used as a technique. The conclusion of the research is that the level of 360° evaluation of teaching performance in two public educational institutions of initial level in San Juan Bautista, is high in 21.4%, of average level in 60.7% of them, while in 17.9% of teachers are low level.
