The purpose of this research is to determine the commercial, technical, economic, financial and social viability for the installation of a processing plant of infusion filters of dehydrated ginger and stevia. The problem detected is that the Peruvian exports of ginger is made as raw material (whole ginger or pieces) and no value is added. On the other hand, there is currently a worldwide trend towards the consumption of healthy and natural products, low in calories and rich in antioxidants, of which Peru is no stranger, and the drinking infusions of natural species and herbs comply with what the consumers demand, for which the present project has been developed.
