The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of supplementation with protected (POA) and non-protected organic acids (UOA) on growth performance, pH of the gastrointestinal tract (GIT), bone and intestinal morphometry in diets with antibiotics and their relationships. The study included 200 1-day-old Cobb 500 male broilers. The birds were randomly distributed in 5 treatments with 4 repetitions and 10 birds per replicate. The diets were: T1: control diet; T2: T1 + zinc bacitracin (50 ppm); T3: T2 + unprotected acidifier (500 g/t); T4: T2 + protected acidifier (500 g/t); T5: T2 + protected acidifier (1000 g/t). On day 42 two birds were slaughtered per unit. En las provincias de Andahuaylas y Abancay de la región Apurímac, se realizó la presente investigación, para caracterizar morfológica, morfoestructural y fanerópticamente al cerdo criollo. Se analizaron 13 variables morfométricas, 10 índices zoométricos y 8 variables cualitativas. En una muestra de 100 animales. elegida al azar de Abancay (25 ♂ y 25 ♀) y Andahuaylas (25 ♂ y 25 ♀). Hembras no preñadas y machos enteros, de 1 a 6 años de edad, fueron medidos mediante una cinta métrica metálica y flexible y un bastón zoométrico. De acuerdo a los resultados, el porcino criollo apurimeño se corresponde a un animal elipométrico, dc tipo longilineo en machos y mediolineo en hembras, dolicocéfalo en machos y mesocéfalos con tendencia a la dolicocefalia en hembras, se caracterizan ambos sexos, por su perfil frontonasal subcóncavo (38% en machos y 46% en hembras) y oreja...
