The Pharmaceutical care is the professional exercise that implies the direct interaction among the pharmacist and the patient in whom both undertake to work together to reach a therapeutic goal. This labor implies detecting, solving and to anticipate the problems related to the medicines (PRM). To lead to end this function it is necessary to establish a plan of attention that implies all those functions directed to help a patient to reach a goal of certain health. The characteristics physicist - chemistry of Colocasia esculenta (L). Schott "bituca" starch original of Cajamarca departments (Bambamarca district- Property in the country Orange tree) and St Martin (District New Cajamarca- Hamlet the Union) were analyzed. In the present study there decided the sanitary impact of compounding pharmaceutical and oficinales in the area of the city of Buenos Aires, republic Argentina in the year 2007. For which one worked with records and surveys it brings over of the production of compounding pharmaceutical recipes. One thought that from 1901-1945 one 24,29% it initiated its production and of 1945-2007 one 75,71%. From 1999 to 2007 one thought that 75,71 % of drugstores is accredited.
