This research embedded within an academic tradition of political science concerned with the study of political parties. And, this paper uses the approach institutional and logic actors as a method of research perspectives. In that sense, we analyze the internal elections of 2010 and 2017 APRA political party. We describe both internal election processes, then we determine who their actors are by indicating their interests. In this sense, the political interactions between the militants, in a context of internal election, present patronage characteristics that the APRA militant consciously assumes from two premises: 'everything is politics' and 'you always belong to someone'. The patronage relationship is disrupted and interpreted by the militant as 'loyalty'.
