Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar, explorar y analizar la asociación entre el conocimiento y las prácticas de autoexamen de mamas, en las universitarias de la Escuela Académica Profesional de Medicina Humana y la Facultad de Educación. Se basó en un diseño cuantitativo, cualitativo y transversal. La Prueba Chi Cuadrado,determinó que existe asociación entre el conocimiento y las prácticas del autoexamen de mamas en las universitarias de la Escuela Académica de Medicina Humana y la Facultad de Educación siendo p igual a 0.031.
