El objetivo de la siguiente investigación determinó la relación entre la calidad de atención y la satisfacción del usuario en un centro médico de San Ramón durante el año 2025. Su metodología se desarrolló bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básico, con diseño no experimental, corte transversal y nivel descriptivo-correlacional. A estos se les aplicaron encuestas estructuradas basadas en el modelo SERVQUAL. Los resultados revelaron 96 usuarios (56,8 %) percibieron una calidad de atención moderada y 58 usuarios (34,3 %) manifestaron estar satisfechos con el servicio recibido; se concluyó que, si bien la mayoría de los usuarios presentaron percepciones favorables respecto a ambas variables, estas no se vincularon de manera directa, lo que sugirió que otros factores podrían haber influido en la experiencia del paciente.

Objective: To determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and practice of biosafety in students of the VI regular cycle of the university Roosevelt Huancayo 2022. Material and Methods: The type of research was basic non-experimental, descriptive correlational cross-sectional design. The population consisted of 49 students of the VI regular cycle of the Universidad Franklin Roosevelt 2022, the sample was found by non-probabilistic sampling and consisted of the entire population, the technique was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire.
