Las diferencias generacionales están presentes en casi todas las organizaciones, por lo que el objetivo del presente trabajo de investigación fue determinar en qué medida la diversidad generacional tiene relación con la productividad laboral en los servidores de una institución pública de la Región Puno, 2021. El estudio se alinea con el Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible 4, al promover educación financiera mediante docentes capacitados y el uso adecuado de recursos pedagógicos. Tuvo como objetivo general determinar la influencia de la capacitación docente y los recursos pedagógicos en la educación financiera de estudiantes del sur del Perú en 2025. La investigación fue básica, con enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no experimental. La muestra incluyó a 400 exalumnos de quinto de secundaria, seleccionados aleatoriamente entre postulantes a universidades de la región. The present study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the educational program “How important it is to pay taxes!” oriented to develop knowledge and favorable attitudes about tax culture in high school students of a private educational institution of Juliaca. The research is framed in a quasi-experimental design with pre and post intervention evaluation, in which the participants were divided into two groups: experimental (GE = 30) and control (GC = 30). In this case, it was the GE who received a total of 10 educational sessions distributed in 3 modules: knowledge, perception and attitudes. To determine the effectiveness of the program, a questionnaire was applied that measured the tax culture used in a similar investigation and validated by experts in financial education.
