This research study of descriptive correlational cross was met with mothers in the maternity service for Trujillo's Hospital Bethlehem, during the months of September to November of 2008, with the purpose of determining the influence of factors biosocioculturales: Age, parity, educational level, origin, occupation, marital status at the level of knowledge of mothers in the maternity service for Trujillo's Hospital Bethlehem. El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el estrés laboral y la satisfacción laboral en profesionales de salud del departamento de neonatología de un hospital III-1 de Trujillo durante octubre y diciembre de 2023. Esta investigación tuvo un diseño correlacional simple, con una población de 60 profesionales de salud, a quienes se les aplicó 2 cuestionarios: el de estrés laboral constituido por 25 preguntas, y el cuestionario de satisfacción laboral constituido por 36 preguntas.
