Dehiscences and fenestrations are commonly observed as a result of a secondary effect in orthodontic treatment. These characteristics are only visualized with high resolution images.  where thickness, depth and height are quantified. In addition, said images are taken by cone bean computed tomography, which is an specific tool to diagnose dehiscences and fenestration, due to its reliability and help in diagnosis of support tissue. El objetivo de la investigación es determinar la relación entre el bienestar subjetivo, el comportamiento organizacional y el soporte organizacional, y se plantea la hipótesis de que existe una relación entre las tres variables. La investigación es cuantitativa de tipo correlacional. Para ello, se administraron tres instrumentos a una muestra de 247 trabajadores de 20 restaurantes en Lima Metropolitana utilizando la Escala de Felicidad de Lima de Alarcón (2006), el Cuestionario de Comportamiento Organizacional de Chiavenato (2009) y la Escala de Soporte del Supervisor de Eisenberger et al.
